Compliance
All listings & transactions are managed within Compass’ Business Tracker, which is part of our end-to-end platform. All paperwork including listing agreements and contracts must be submitted via Business Tracker for approval and signatures.
In order to ensure you are well-versed in our platform, please feel free to join our weekly Monday training sessions at 9 a.m.
Our Transaction Operations team also hosts a training focused on the compliance & regulations associated with processing your transactions on Thursdays at 9 a.m.

Listing agreements and contracts can also be found on Form Simplicity or Transaction Desk.
Listing paperwork must be shared with the Transaction Operations team within 48 hours of execution. Listings can only go live as a Coming Soon or as active on the MLS once the listing agreement has been shared with and approved by the Transaction Operations department.
Listings
Price reductions and status changes must receive written approval from the seller prior to submitting to the Transaction Operations team.
Compass requires all sales listings to have a sellers disclosure with the listing agreement.
Transactions
Commission reductions require prior approval from your Sales Manager, which you can request using this form.
