Social Media (The Big 3)

Instagram

Instagram is a popular social media platform primarily focused on visual content sharing, allowing users to post photos and videos. For real estate agents, Instagram serves as a powerful tool to showcase property listings through visually appealing images and engaging videos. Agents can leverage the platform to build their brand, connect with existing and potential clients, and create a visually compelling portfolio that highlights their expertise in the real estate market. Utilizing features like Instagram Stories, real estate agents can provide behind-the-scenes looks, virtual property tours, and valuable insights, fostering a more personal and interactive connection with their audience.

Goal:
Post consistently and with intention! Be genuine and don’t only post Real Estate content to avoid your followers from being fatigued and unfollowing you. Also, engage with the content around you! Spend at least 10 minutes a day engaging with other posts, stories and reels.

Post Recommendations: Consistency is most important but it is recommended to post on your feed 3-4x a week & post 4 stories a week to continue engagement.

Facebook

Facebook is a widely used social media platform for connecting and sharing content. Real estate agents utilize it as a robust marketing tool, crafting targeted brand and listing ads to reach potential clients based on demographics and interests. Engaging content like virtual tours and neighborhood highlights helps agents showcase expertise and attract leads. Facebook's analytics offer valuable insights, enabling agents to refine their strategies for maximum impact and conversion.

Goal:
Facebook is a little bit different than the landscape of Instagram, it’s more about information and community than beautiful photography so take that approach when posting. Don’t just post the same thing you posted to Instagram. Post informational content about your farming areas and share your local happenings!

Post Recommendations: Similar to Instagram consistency is important! Post 3-4x a week, feel free to post your Instagram stories over to. your facebook stories to engage with a different audience.
